Accounts: at the time of booking, a deposit will be required to be sent by bank transfer (bank details at the bottom of the page) or postal order.
Written confirmation not accompanied by down payment will be considered void.
Cancellations and early departures: in case of cancellation received up to 5 days before arrival, the deposit will be returned. From the 4th day of arrival, the entire deposit will be retained or transformed into a voucher to be spent in another period.
Half-board meals will not be refunded if not used.
Early departures involve payment for the entire amount of nights canceled or not used.
